By using Matchdae you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or organisation may not maintain more than one free account.
You agree not to:
Club administrators retain ownership of all content they upload (logos, photos, news posts, player data). By uploading content, you grant Matchdae a licence to host and display that content as part of the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Payment collection features (player subs, fundraising) are processed through Stripe Connect. Matchdae charges a platform fee as disclosed on the pricing page.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings.
Matchdae is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
