Set up your club in under 10 minutes. No tech skills required — if you can use Facebook, you can use Matchdae.

Create your club

1 minute

Pick your sport, type your club name, upload a logo (optional), and choose your colours. Your club website is instantly live with a public URL.

Tips

✓Your URL will be matchdae.com/club/your-club-name — pick a short, memorable slug
✓No logo? No problem. You can add one later. We'll generate one from your initials.
✓Choose colours that match your jerseys — they'll be used throughout your site

Add your teams

2 minutes

Create your teams — Premier, Reserves, Under 18s, Women's, whatever you've got. Each team gets its own page with fixtures, stats, and players.

Tips

✓Start with your main competitive teams. You can add social or development teams later.
✓Set the age group and gender for each team — this helps with stat tracking and positions
✓Most clubs have 2-5 teams. This takes about 30 seconds per team.

Add key players

2 minutes

Add your captain and a few regulars with name, position, and jersey number. Players can claim their own profiles later and add photos and bios.

Tips

✓You don't need the full squad right now — start with 5-10 key players
✓Players can claim their profiles by creating an account and joining the club
✓Jersey numbers help with team selection and match day lineup

Set up your season

3 minutes

Add your fixture list with opponents, dates, venues, and round numbers. Results can be entered after each game with scores and stats.

Tips

✓You can add fixtures one by one or bulk-add the full season draw
✓Mark fixtures as home or away — this affects the league table display
✓Stats entry is optional. Even without stats, fixtures and results give your site great content.

Invite your team

1 minute

Share your club link with members. Committee members can be invited as admins with a join code. Players and supporters can follow the club publicly.

Tips

✓Share the link in your WhatsApp group, Facebook page, or via text
✓Admin join codes let you add committee members without sharing passwords
✓Supporters and parents can see everything public without creating an account
